Christopher Art Gallery
The Christopher Art Gallery holds six to eight shows annually, including PSC student shows, a juried show of District 515 high school art, and themed exhibitions by local and national professionals. Each show has an opening reception that is free and open to the public. The 1,300-square-foot art gallery is located on the first floor of the college's the main building in the Business and Community Education Center. During scheduled art exhibits, the hours for the Christopher Art Gallery are Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Wednesday and Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. Visits can be made by appointment. The gallery is closed on weekends, College holidays, and other times when classes are not in session. There is no charge for admission. Annual Jazz Fest
Sounds of cool jazz fill the college's auditorium during the annual Jazz Fest held in February. Beginning with two days of clinics led by renowned musicians from middle school and high school jazz bands, the event culminates in a Friday night concert,which has sold out for five consecutive years. Concerts

Speakers and Other Special Events
Throughout the year, PSC is host to speakers on topics ranging from the arts to international politics, movie screenings, comedy benefits, variety shows, formal dances, leadership workshops, poetry readings, and more. Annual events include a Community Halloween party, Black History Month and Latino Heritage Month events, a Gem and Mineral Show, and more.
