Fine Artist Elizabeth Popp, has a Bachelors of Fine Art in Illustration from Northern Illinois University and a Masters of Art in Painting from Governors State University. She works abstractly in her personal work and has had a number of commissions including a 12 x 14 foot mural at a private residence and a 3 panel mural for the Homer Township Chamber of Commerce.
In 2006 she won Best of Show at the "Love of Art Show" for the Lemont Artists Guild. In 2004, she won Best of Show at the "Best of the Best" art exhibition held at Triton College in River Grove, IL. She has also won several other awards for her work.
She currently teaches art programs at the Tinley Park Library and has taught art for the Flossmoor Village Artists. She also was a demonstrating artist at the Cialis Western Open in 2004.
